Google Sites are incredibly easy to create and configure. 

 

The look and feel of the site can be determined by one of the themes provided within the application.  Alternatively, individual elements can be customised as desired with different colours or positioning on the page. 

 

Full content management is available so users can create new pages, adjust the navigation, hide/show pages, add attachments and comments.  Documents, spreadsheets and presentations can be embedded into pages allowing users to update the documents at source and not have to remember to manually update the site with the latest version as it dynamically displays the current version.
